Pole fitness for Teens Trial Class

“Before I started pole, I was struggling with a lot of body issues and I was always beat down because of it. Hanging out in this judge-free space every week for the last 6 months and seeing all different body types succeed in this environment really empowered and encouraged me to not give up and feel less negatively about myself.” ~Teen Student

Here’s what parents are saying:

“My teen normally doesn’t want to leave the house, and pole class at Positive Spin is the one thing he is excited to attend and the first thing he has been enthusiastic to stick to.” ~Positive Spin Parent

Confidence

Pole dance challenges the perfectionism often associated with academics and even other forms of dance. Perfectionism can lead to low self esteem, depression, and anxiety. It stops us from trying or sticking to new things, so we’re proud to fight it!

Community

Pole brings together teens from all walks of life and social circles to cheer each other on and form close relationships. We’ve got athletic teens, artists, science enthusiasts, and more who form meaningful relationships.
