Policies & Procedures

Selecting Classes

  • Sign in on the tablet when you arrive to avoid a no show fee.

  • Only work on things you feel safe practicing on your own, and use a crash mat when applicable. Positive Spin is not liable for any injury, damages, or death, but your safety is important to us!

  • There is always an instructor in Sunset during open pole hours.

  • In case of emergency, call 911.

  • Only those registered are permitted to enter the space– no unregistered guests.

  • You may only use the space during your reservation. Unauthorized use of the space when it is not opened may result in permanent loss of use of the space.

  • You are only guaranteed use of the equipment that you’ve reserved. If equipment is available, you are welcome to use it even if you didn’t reserve it but priority goes to reservations.

  • Note the mask requirements in the title of the time slot you signed up for. Masks are strictly required when noted unless you are the only attendee.

  • Keep the music at a low volume as to not disturb residents in the apartment above us.

  • Abide by all other posted rules in the space.

Accessibility

The Sanctuary has 6 stairs to enter. If this is a barrier to access for you, let us know and we can accomodate you with an alternative space in our main studio, which is ADA accessible! Unfortunately, we do not have an ADA accessible alternative to The Swole Hole, but we can recommend alternative gyms in the area.
