It is not required before taking other pole dancing classes, but is recommended if your schedule allows.

Open to all students! No experience necessary! Cross training is extremely important for both injury prevention and maximizing your skills in your pole dancing classes!
Intro to Handstands
Handstands are amazing conditioning for pole because it works on overhead pushing (which is often neglected in beginner pole training but becomes super important later on)! Balancing your pushing and pulling also prevents injuries!
This all levels class starts with a warmup and conditioning drills that will get you ready for headstands, forearm stands, handstands, and other floor balances.
Flexibility
Have you ever tried to get your splits by sitting in them for several minutes a day? PLEASE STOP! Our flex classes center active flexibility, which involves strengthening the proper muscles to support the bendy positions you dream of, and making you stronger AND more flexible at the same time.
We offer beginner flexibility, all levels flexibility, and int/adv flexibility. Students should have some experience training active flexibility before taking int/adv.
Pole Conditioning
This all levels conditioning class will combine on and off the pole drills to build the strength you need to take your pole skills to the next level! Only offered in-studio.
Strength and Conditioning
This strength-based class is offered online via Zoom to help you strengthen your pole skills and prevent muscle imbalances. No pole required.
Success In your first Class
Congrats on signing up for your first pole dance class! Starting something new can be intimidating, but also exciting, and we’re proud of you already for making the commitment to getting started!
The key to success in your first class is having an open mind. We often describe pole classes as failing together and laughing about it while cheering each other on.
Each level encompasses a range of skill levels, so it’s possible that your first class will include students with a few weeks or even months of experience. Please note that this class is just as much for you as it is for them, and that they were right where you are not long ago!
Modifications and progressions will be provided for all levels, so don’t be afraid to speak up if you need some extra help.
