October 2019 is body appreciation month at Positive Spin! We’ll be hosting a variety of workshops, discussions, and social events to talk about the complicated and beautiful relationships we have with our body, and celebrate all the amazing things our bodies do.
Our partner organization for the month is the Seattle chapter of Project Heal. We’ll be raising money to help support the important work they do helping all people suffering from eating disorders access full recovery.
Many of the events for the month are free, but donations to Project Heal are encouraged for those who are able to contribute.
