Selecting Classes
This guide is for beginners! Email us if you are not a beginner and want help selecting other classes!
You’ll want to schedule your 6 classes in advance so that they don’t fill up!
We have a lot of classes, which is awesome because it means we can accommodate everyone’s busy schedule. However, it can be overwhelming to choose where to start! The 6 class trial is designed to let you try a variety of classes, but here’s some guidelines for what to choose.
With 6 classes in 2 weeks, we highly recommend 2 pole or dance classes per week, plus 1 cross training class per week (flex, handstands, or conditioning)!
Beginner Pole Classes
These are our recommendations for those who are new to pole!!
Start here: Intro to Pole
Intro to pole is the best first class for getting on the pole! It happens on Mondays and Saturdays and is exclusively for students in their first few classes. Intro to pole goes over the fundamentals you need for all the other pole classes. Don’t worry- we’ll still get on the pole doing cool things! This class is a bit more repetitive than the other levels, so some people only take it once before moving to level 1, but you can take it as many times as you’d like until you feel excited to move to level 1.
(If intro does not fit in your schedule, you may start with level 1, just know there will be some more experienced students in class!)

Level 1 Pole
This class is for those who are new to pole, all the way up through those who are starting to get the hang of climbs, sits, and basic spins. There are many moves in level 1, so class is different every time. People can take this class a hundred times or more and never get bored!
Sexy Pole Basics
This is a beginner choreographed dance class to explore the sexy side of pole dance! Don’t worry, you don’t need to feel confident in your sexy movement to take this class. Just like all of our classes, this one is full of cheering and laughter and making new friends!
Beginner Cross Training Classes
Flexibility
We highly recommend that EVERYBODY take at least one flexibility class during their trial, and it happens almost every day! Contrary to popular belief, flexibility can be gained just like strength, but the techniques are different. Sitting in a stretch for long periods of time is NOT an effective and safe way to do this. Instead we use end range strength training to add mobility in a safe and healthy way that allows people to gain flexibility and/or gain control and safety of the mobility they already have. Whether you identify as inflexible or hypermobile, this class is for you!
Handstands
Pole mostly works your pulling muscles, and in order to stay balanced, it’s important to build pushing strength as well, which is where handstands class comes in. Don’t worry, we start with headstand variations, so you don’t need to feel confident on your hands to come!

Conditioning
Focused work on all the muscles you might want to get swole for pole tricks! This class is all levels and offered both in person and online!
